First Login Instructions

• Type in your Member Number, found on your statement or membership card. Most Players use a 5-digit format. A few have letters and numbers; use lowercase letters

• If you cannot locate your Member Number or you need login support, email the office or call 212-475-6116 during weekday office hours

• If you are a member spouse with a complimentary guest card, you may need to append "s" to the 5-digit member number. You and your spouse have separate logins

• Type in your temporary Password, which is your last name (lowercase). See the example below

Example: Joan Smith, member 00123 (zero, zero, one, two, three)

Member Number: 00123
Password: smith

Once you login, follow the on-screen instructions to update your password. This is your new password for regular visits to the member portal
